Along with his passion for justice, Mark A. Kuchler brings to the practice of law a unique understanding of business and personal finance—a critical skill in achieving the appropriate satisfaction clients require and deserve. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Kuchler started his legal career in 1991. He specializes in representing personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families. His areas of concentration are in car and truck accidents, product liability, defective machinery, and workers compensation.

With Mr. Kuchler’s background in law and accounting, he also helps individuals and corporations in professional liability cases arising from accounting malpractice, dental malpractice, legal malpractice, and medical/hospital malpractice.

Mr. Kuchler serves as Legal Advisor to Office of The Illinois State Comptroller’s Merit Commission, and as a hearing officer for the office at the Illinois Secretary of State’s Motor Vehicle Review Board. He is a member of numerous bar associations and CPA societies and is also a Trustee with the Village of LaGrange.
